CVC tipping Machine

A CVC Tipping Machine is a specialized piece of equipment used in the manufacturing of (CVC). It is responsible for forming a smooth, atraumatic, rounded tip at the distal end of the catheter tube — one of the most critical features of any central venous catheter from both a clinical safety and regulatory compliance standpoint.

The tipping process transforms the raw cut end of a polymer catheter tube — which would otherwise be sharp, rough, and potentially traumatic to vessel walls — into a perfectly smooth, domed, or tapered tip that allows safe navigation through veins and into the central venous system.
